Job Description
  1. Client Engagement: Work closely with clients during the pre-sales phase to understand their unique security challenges, business objectives, and technical requirements.
  2. Solution Development: Collaborate with the technical team to design tailored cyber security solutions that align with clients' needs and address potential vulnerabilities.
  3. Technical Presentations: Deliver articulate and engaging presentations that effectively communicate the technical aspects of our solutions, demonstrating how they meet and exceed client requirements.
  4. Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead the development and execution of proof-of-concept demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness and feasibility of proposed solutions.
  5. Proposal Creation: Contribute to the creation of comprehensive and technically accurate proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, support in client meetings, and address client inquiries during the sales process.
  7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies to enhance your technical knowledge and better advise clients.
  8. Client Education: Educate clients on the value proposition of our cyber security consulting services and how they contribute to strengthening their overall security posture.

Qualification
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a Pre-Sales.
  • Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of cyber security concepts, technologies, and solutions. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Client-Focused: A client-centric mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
