Job Description
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
  • Create compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including email campaigns, blog posts, social media, website content, and advertisements.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of email marketing campaigns, including planning, content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and analysis.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms, including SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
  • Manage social media marketing initiatives across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and, including content creation, posting, engagement, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
  • Analyze campaign performance across all channels and provide insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing, content writing, digital marketing, and social media marketing.

Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on email marketing, content writing, digital marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), content management systems (e.g., WordPress),
  • digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) shall be preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
