  • Lead Generation

    • Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outbound prospecting activities.

    • Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to engage with potential clients.

  • Market Research

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to tailor sales strategies accordingly.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to gather intelligence on target accounts.

  • Client Engagement

    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our cybersecurity consulting services.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Pipeline Management

    • Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads through the sales pipeline.

  • Quota Achievement

    • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas through effective lead qualification and closure.

    • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall company revenue goals.

  • Communication Skills

    • Articulate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our cybersecurity consulting services.

    • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Feedback Loop

    • Provide feedback from client interactions to the product and marketing teams to enhance service offerings and messaging.

    • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging threats, and technological advancements to better position our services.


Qualification
  • 2-5 years of proven inside sales experience, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and services.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
